From a purchased pack to your batch
In the USD sample, buy 2 kg of flour for $4 and use 500 g: this batch uses $1 of flour. Enter up to 15 ingredients, then add labor, packaging and other costs for the entire batch.
Supported units are g / kg, ml / L and each. The worksheet converts within those groups. It does not turn cups into grams or assume an ingredient's density.

Know what the result includes
- Changing finished portions changes cost per portion. It does not scale ingredient quantities or other batch costs.
- Missing or incompatible inputs show a message and block the affected result. Enter 0 when a cost does not apply.
- Use a separate copy for each recipe. The worksheet has 15 ingredient rows; formula cells are editable, so use the marked inputs.
- Choose one cost currency: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, JPY or KRW. Enter every cost in that same currency. Changing the selection changes labels only, without converting amounts.
- Inventory, orders, currency conversion, tax and selling-price recommendations are outside this worksheet's scope.
Would this fit your workflow?
Send your spreadsheet app and version, plus what you need to calculate. The planned $9 price covers the standard file and guide; custom changes need a separate scope.
